Jigs and Fixtures

Custom jigs and fixtures are necessary tools when welding highly complex metal fabrications. These jigs and fixtures are designed by Fox Valley Metal Tech’s in-house engineers and manufactured on-site to ensure accuracy and repeatability for high tolerance projects. Precision welders use jigs and fixtures to reduce rework and ensure a fabrication remains in tolerance.

Proven methods are used to accommodate for weld shrinkage and metal movement when working with various metals. The use of work instructions that provide step by step instructions to skilled workers provides the results our customers demand.

The skills of Fox Valley Metal Tech’s precision welders are unrivaled in the industry, and customers can rely on them to deliver products to their highest standards.
