Safety Record

Fox Valley Metal-Tech and its employees are proud of our safety record. The company has an incentive program to reinforce the importance of safety. Employees are provided a company sponsored lunch if there are no lost time injuries for a six month period. Employees are provided an extra day of vacation if there are no lost time injuries for a 12 month period.

Fox Valley Metal-Tech has had periods in excess of 1,000 days without a lost time accident. There has not been a lost time accident since March, 2006.

Internal safety audits are performed monthly. Shop Supervisors are trained by the Safety Engineer and Safety Coordinator on all aspects of safety and health in the workplace and they in-turn hold department meetings to train all employees.
