FVMT All Stars

Fox Valley Metal-Tech is a member of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance. The NEW Manufacturing Alliance is a group of manufacturers, working with educational institutions, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce and state organizations to promote manufacturing throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

The NEW Manufacturing Alliance has an annual competition to recognize manufacturing All Stars. The All Stars are included in a publication that has a circulation of approximately 20,000 and is used with hign school students to promote manufacturing as a career.

FVMT has two All Stars that were recognized for the 2010 publication, Matt Busch a welder and Tim Dyer the Second Shift Shop Floor Supervisor.

Fox Valley Metal-Tech is ISO-9001 2008 certified and is committed to continuous improvements that support the vision of satisfying our customers' requirements. Custom fabrications manufactured in steel, stainless steel and aluminum are provided on-time and complete meeting all customer requirements. A highly skilled and trained workforce produces parts and fabrications that require material certification, Military Standard welding and third party inspection requirements.

Dale Hock

Dale is a lead welder with over 20 years of experieice with Fox Valley Metal Tech, Dale supports the Welding Supervisor with assigning work and training new employees. Dale enjoys seeing others realize their potential as welders and accomplishing defficut jobs. Dale likes working with his hands and feels welding has been a great career.

Nick Theodore

Nick is a welder and fabricator. He is well trained in blueprint reading, math, problem solving and welding technique. Nick enjoys the variety in his job and the many different projects he gets to work on. He has pride in his work and enjoys hearing about how our customers like the quality of his workmanship. The technical challenges of working with thin materials and differnt types of aluminum, stainless steel and steel materials requires you to be smart and have great eye and hand coordination. The work is very satisfying.

Christopher Corbeille

Chris is a Project Manager / Computer Systems Administrator. Technology is in my passion. I love working with all the technology we have in our manufacturing environment. Whether it is working with machines, security systems, data management, software applications, ERP systems, or supporting hardware I enjoy learning all about it. Being able to utilize the equipment and software we have invested in at the company and make it work efficiently gives me a lot of satisfaction.

Tim Dyer

Tim is the first person to be awarded the All Star Mentor award. Tim is the Second Shift Shop Floor Supervisor for FVMT. He is responsible for all operations on the second shift along with training of new employees and searching for continuous improvements. Tim has a natural ability to make good employees better and works with them side by side to help develop ways to work more efficiently while maintaining or improving on the quality of the part.

Matt Busch

Matt is a welder at FVMT. He is certified to AWS and Military Specification standards. Matt was hired as a graduate from Northeast Wisconson Technical College where he graduated at the top of his class. He has continued to learn new techniques and has increased his skills over the years while working with FVMT.
